Early Bird Tennis and Late Night Tennis start week of November 3!
Come by for our Early Bird Tennis on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30am for only $7. The group plays both singles and doubles every week. If you are more of a night owl, stop in for Late Night Tennis from 10pm-Midnight on Mondays and Thursdays. Remember that Late Night ALWAYS fills up, so sign-up early for the member rate of only $2.

Congratulations to the Men's and Women's Main Draw champions. In a hard-fought two-set victory over Sarah Marks, Patricia Sandler repeated as Women's Club Champion and on the Men's side, open level player Mauro Difillipo defeated Adam Koszowski 6-3, 7-6. We still have quite a few matches to go, to finish up the Consolation draws and 1-Win-1-Loss draws. Contact Sam, tournament director, if you have questions about your matches. 2008 Team Cup Champions Crowned!
Congratulations to the team of Darryl Wisnia, John McMahon, Patty Mauney, Jeff Laforte, Chris Donald, Jeff Laforte, Matt Gross and Chris Croxton on their narrow win over Team Tony Caldwell/Brian Beaumont in the finals. Chris Donald had a strong win over Carl Goldberg to help Team Chris Croxton to an early lead 1-0 lead. Team Caldwell/Beaumont fought back with a tight 6-4, 6-4 victory from Kyle Thornhill and Lior Schinagel over Matt Gross and Patty Mauney. In the final and deciding match, Darryl Wisnia and Chris Croxton overcame Brian Beaumont and Amy Kaufman in a nail-biting 3rd, 7-5. Thank you all for playing and keep a lookout for the JCC Team Cup league that will be forming in March 2009!
Singles League kicked off Sunday, October 19!
The JCC Singles league started Sunday, October 19 around midnight and new JCC members, Marybeth Church and Melissa Harris were already out playing a match by Noon the next day. Talk about singles league spirit! This fall's singles league is undergoing a couple exciting changes with bi-weekly internet standings' updates and rosters available via our website.
